大麦黄花叶病毒和大麦性花叶病毒是由土壤真菌传播并引起大麦黄花叶症状的两种重要病原病毒,用常规方法较难区分这两种不同的病毒。我们以江苏如东、杨州等地的大麦病苗为材科,利用反转录—多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术,成功地扩增出了两病毒RNA-13'端区域的1.1kb左右的特异性片段,建立了这两种病毒的RT-PCR快速检测方法,并对利用RT-PCR技术对该两病毒病害进行早期快速诊断的实用性进行了探讨。
Barley yellow mosaic virus and barley mosaic virus are two important pathogenic viruses that are transmitted by soil fungi and cause the symptoms of barley yellow mosaic. It is difficult to distinguish the two different viruses by conventional methods. Using barley seedlings from Rudong, Yangzhou and other places in Jiangsu Province as materials, we successfully amplified 1 of the RNA-13 ’region of the two viral RNAs by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) .1kb specific fragment, established rapid RT-PCR detection of these two viruses, and the use of RT-PCR technology to early diagnosis of the two virus disease rapidity of the practical discussion.
