目的:探讨和分析重症监护室护理人文关怀,为提高重症监护室的护理质量提供参考。方法:随机选取2014年4月~2016年4月医院收治的88例重症监护患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组患者给予常规护理,而观察组患者则在此基础上给予人文关怀,统计分析两组患者的护理效果和患者满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理有效率和满意度均达97.70%,而对照组分别为84.10%和88.60%,两组数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀在重症监护室中,可提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: To explore and analyze the humane care in the intensive care unit and to provide reference for improving the nursing quality in the intensive care unit. Methods: From April 2014 to April 2016, 88 cases of intensive care patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care while patients in the observation group were given humanistic care on this basis. The nursing effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the observation group reached 97.70%, while the control group was 84.10% and 88.60%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanistic care in intensive care unit can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
