一、前言双塔山选矿厂,采用三十二台螺旋选矿机配合干燥、电选等环节组成选钛系统。该厂以大庙铁矿所产之钒钛磁铁矿经破碎、磨矿、磁选、分级等多段工序进入选钛系统。各工序均有加水与脱水过程,浓度甚不稳定。螺旋选矿机具有结构简单,选别效力高,不消耗动力,不容易发生故障等优点。可是如果给矿体和给矿浓度变化超过某一范围时,矿物之分带也即产生漂移,使设在螺旋上之截料器不能满意地截取精矿,精矿品位(或回收率)随之下降。因此有必要加以
