中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅于2006年6月11日印发《关于进一步加强高技能人才工作的意见》。意见指出,当前中国高技能人才的总量、结构和素质还不能适应经济社会发展的需要,特别是在制造、加工、建筑、能源、环保等传统产业和电子信息、航空航天等高新技术产业以及现代服务业领域,高技能人才严重短缺,已成为制约经济社会持续发展和阻碍产业升级的“瓶颈”。本文详细分析徐矿集团作为国有特大型能源企业当前在高技能人才队伍建设中存在的问题及下一步改进思路。
The General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the “Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of High-skilled Talents” on June 11, 2006. This paper analyzes in detail the existing problems and the ideas for further improvement of Xu Mine Group as a state-owned large energy enterprise currently in the construction of highly-skilled personnel.
