本研究的目的是检查脑外伤对患儿运动系统的长期影响,以便确定脑外伤1年后运动系统功能的损害是否持续存在。 资料和方法 选择5~15岁脑外伤和正常对照组各14例。脑外伤组男9例,女5例,脑外伤后16~48个月,受伤时至少昏迷24h,无脊髓损伤或四肢损伤;正常对照组男9例,女5例。两组Slosson智力测定的智商至少80以上,无认知或运动系统发育迟缓病史。
The purpose of this study was to examine the long-term effects of traumatic brain injury on children’s motor system in order to determine if impairment of motor system function persists after 1 year of traumatic brain injury. Materials and Methods 5 to 15-year-old brain injury and normal control group of 14 cases. There were 9 males and 5 females in traumatic brain injury group and 16 to 48 months after traumatic brain injury. They were comatose for at least coma 24h without spinal cord injury or limb injury. There were 9 males and 5 females in normal control group. The Slosson IQ scores for both groups were at least 80% with no history of cognitive or motor system stunting.
