通过使用宏观观察、金相分析、电镜能谱分析和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等分析手段对某集装箱公司在使用耐候钢B480制作集装箱外箱时发生开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明在带钢厚度中心区域存在<111>、<001>//ND等取向的纯铁素体条带,而条带内的P元素有严重偏析的现象,其质量分数大大高于正常基体组织,以上原因造成铁素体条带组织硬度升高,脆性增大,最后在变形过程中与基体组织变形不协调而发生开裂。
The causes of a container company cracking when using the weather-resistant steel B480 to make container cases were analyzed by using macro-observation, metallographic analysis, electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results show that there are pure ferrite bands with <111>, <001> // ND and other orientations in the central region of the strip thickness, while the P element in the strip has a serious segregation phenomenon, the mass fraction is much higher than that of the normal matrix Tissue, the above causes ferritic strip tissue hardness increases, brittleness increases, and finally in the deformation process and the matrix deformation is not coordinated and cracking occurs.
