铝基牺牲阳极合金,是一种供舰船及海上设施金属防腐保护用的新型“牺牲阳极”材料。近年来国外海洋石油钻探平台,多采用铝基阳极作阴极保护。 铝基牺牲阳极与镁基或锌基牺牲阳极比较,成本最低、寿命最长、性能良好、工艺简便。在有关科研部门的支持、帮助下,我们开展了“Al-Z_n-I_n-C_d”牺牲阳极的研制工作,取得初步成功。经洛阳725研究所和上海交大检验,本部研试的钻井平台铝基牺牲阳极与国外三种铝基阳极比较,电流效率高、电位负且平稳、表面溶解状况良好。725
Aluminum-based sacrificial anode alloy is a new “sacrificial anode” material for the metal corrosion protection of ships and offshore installations.
