光学零件中心误差的国家标准即将颁布。新标准对光学零件中心误差作了重新定义,规定一律用角偏心代替原来的线偏心,並要求在光学零(部)件图纸上逐面给定中心误差(面倾角)x值。为合理给定中心误差,势必要计算各表面中心误差对光学系统成象质量的影响。为此,本文给出具有透镜中心误差光学系统光线追迹公式,而且对此套公式稍加变化便能计算非共轴光学系统。
Optical parts center error of the upcoming national standards. The new standard redefines the center error of optical components, which stipulates that angular eccentricity should be used instead of original linear eccentricity, and the center error (face angle) x value should be given side by side on optical zero (part) drawings. In order to give a reasonable center error, it is necessary to calculate the influence of surface center errors on the imaging quality of the optical system. For this reason, this paper gives the ray tracing formula of optical system with lens center error, and calculates the non-coaxial optical system with a slight change to the formula.
