为了掌握科技成果鉴定后的应用情况,以便发现问题,改进工作,我们对1982～1987年经地区以上鉴定并登记的科技成果应用情况进行了追踪调查。共调查项目203项(占总数的87％),反馈192项,数据较全、且能直接计算经济效益的有174项。调查的内容,包括科技成果应用率、使用年限、应用后的效益、未应用及中止应用的原因等。调查采用统一制定表格、提纲,统一填表方法,所有项目均有填报人签名,大部分项目经单位财务门审核,县(市)、科委、地直局初审,对有疑问或明显失实项目做了质疑或返回重报,部分项目做了抽样复查。调查所获得数据,按设计方案编定程序进入长城CH电子计算机统计,获得有关结果。
