采用多级出水口的雨水塘,随着塘中水位的变化,可兼具出流峰值削减、径流总量控制、水质净化、雨水回用等多重功能,同时可提供景观滨水休闲场地,是国际上应用较为广泛的雨洪管理设施之一。随着塘中水位的上升,多级出水口在孔口、堰流、短管等不同水力流态下进行转换。针对不同水位下的水力控制条件,对多级出水口的水位-流量曲线计算及水力学原理进行了探讨,构建了基于多目标控制的雨水口的出流曲线算法,并应用于实际算例中。

According to the hydraulic control conditions under different water levels, the water level-flow curve calculation and the hydraulic principle of multi-level water outlet are discussed, and the outflow curve algorithm based on multi-objective control is established and applied to practical examples .
