目的:了解高职医学生人格特征与学习成绩之间的关系。方法 :采用艾森克人格问卷(简称EPQ:Eysenck Personality Questionnaire)对365名高职医学生进行测试。结果 :男生的P、N、L维度均分均低于全国常模,E维度均分高于全国常模,且差异有显著性意义(P﹤0.01);女生E维度均分高于全国常模,L维度均分低于全国常模,且差异有极显著性意义(P﹤0.001),P、N维度均分与全国常模之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。方差分析表明,学习成绩优良组P维度得分低于学习成绩较差组,差异有显著性意义(P﹤0.05);相关系数表明,考试成绩与E维度呈正相关关系,与N维度呈负相关关系(P﹤0.05)。结论:高职医学生人格特征与学习成绩有一定的相关关系。
Objective: To understand the relationship between personality traits and academic performance of vocational medical students. Methods: Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ: Eysenck Personality Questionnaire) was used to test 365 vocational medical students. Results: The mean scores of P, N and L in boys were all lower than that of national norm, and the average of E dimension was higher than that of national norm, and the difference was significant (P <0.01). (P <0.001). There was no significant difference between P and N dimensions and the national norm (P> 0.05). Analysis of variance showed that P score of the excellent grade in the study group was lower than that of the poor grade in the study group (P <0.05). The correlation coefficient showed that the test scores were positively correlated with the E dimension and negatively correlated with the N dimension (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the personality traits of medical students and their academic achievements.
