研究工作者通常要研究几个变数资料,其重要目的是想了解这些变数之间关系的密切程度和性质。 通径系数是变量标准化后的偏回归系数,它能够有效地表示相关变量间原因对结果的直接效应[直接通径系数]和间接效应[间接通径系数]。它比相关和回归分析更为精确,使对多变数资料的统计分析更符合实际。 通径系数分析在遗传育种等方面国外早已广泛应用,国内近年来亦采用这种分析方法,但还不普遍。本文通过笔者的一个试验资料的分析,阐明通径系数的概念、计算和应用。
Researchers often have to study a few variables and their main purpose is to understand the closeness and nature of the relationships among these variables. The path coefficient is the normalized partial regression coefficient of the variable, which can effectively represent the direct effect of the cause on the result [the direct path coefficient] and the indirect effect [indirect path coefficient] between the related variables. It is more accurate than correlation and regression analysis, making the statistical analysis of multivariate data more realistic. Path coefficient analysis has long been widely used in foreign countries such as genetics and breeding. In recent years, this kind of analysis has also been adopted in China, but it is not yet widespread. This article through the author’s analysis of a test data to clarify the concept of path coefficient, calculation and application.
