自从2003年加入世贸组织后,中国进出口企业的发展迎来了“春天般”的苏醒和发展。但是随着国外进出口企业进入国内市场,国内的进出口公司人才开始涌向国外企业。这使得加强进出口公司的人力资源管理显得越来越重要。文章从组织管理、HR管理、绩效管理三大方面去分析进出口公司怎样做好人力资源管理。
Since the accession to the WTO in 2003, the development of China’s import and export enterprises has ushered in the “spring-like” recovery and development.
