跳绳目前在小学是广泛开展的一个体育项目,是一种以下肢为主,同时上肢协调的运动。可以通过控制速度的快慢、动作的幅度达到凋节运动量的目的,适合不同人群。由于跳绳对场地器材要求简单,是学校体育中开展广泛的体育运动。并且跳绳能够促进人体上下肢、关节以及韧带的发育,增强肠胃和心脏功能,对于弹跳力和身高的增长有一定的帮助。那么,究竟如何在小学体育教学中激发学生对跳绳的兴趣呢?笔者总结三点论述如下:
