沥青与集料间的黏附性不足是沥青混凝土路面水损坏的主要原因。通过室内发泡试验,探讨了泡沫沥青水分挥发规律,借助于视频光学接触角测量仪,采用淌滴法间接测量样品沥青在不同发泡阶段与两种不同岩性集料的表面自由能,提出以黏附功(Wadhesion,ij)与剥离功(Wwetadhesion,ijw)的比值ER作为泡沫温拌沥青混合料抗水损坏性能的定量评价指标,可为沥青黏附性评价提供方法借鉴。结果表明,沥青经过发泡处理后一定程度上提高了其抵抗水损害性能。
Asphalt and aggregate adhesion between the asphalt pavement is the main reason for water damage. Through indoor foaming test, the law of moisture evaporation of foamed asphalt was discussed. With the aid of video optical contact angle measuring instrument, the free energy of sample asphalt in different foaming stages and two different lithology aggregates was measured indirectly by drip drip method. Taking the ratio of adhesion work (Wadhesion, ij) to stripping work (Wwetadhesion, ijw) as a quantitative evaluation indicator of water damage resistance of foam warm mix asphalt mixture, it can provide a reference for asphalt adhesion evaluation. The results show that, after the bitumen has been foamed to some extent, to improve its resistance to water damage.
