目的:研究不同储存温度对牙本质黏结剂黏结强度的影响。方法:将100颗离体牙随机分为10组,每组10颗,再随机将每组10颗牙分A、B 2组,每组5颗。第1周黏结时,黏结剂未做温度差别处理,从第2周开始,每组的A组为4℃冷藏黏结剂处理组,B组为25℃室温存储黏结剂处理组。在10周内分别对离体牙进行树脂黏结处理,制成试件,用万能材料测试仪以1 mm/min速度测试剪切力,采用SPSS 18.0软件包对数据进行单因素方差分析和LSD t检验。结果:分别对A、B 2个实验组的剪切力值进行单因素方差分析,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。进一步采用LSD t检验进行组间比较,结果显示,前5周差异均无显著性,第6~10周,差异均有显著性。结论:随着时间的延长,冷藏组与室温组的牙本质黏结剂的黏结强度呈下降趋势,从第6周开始,冷藏组与室温组的牙本质黏结剂的黏结强度的差异逐渐明显。
Objective: To study the effect of storage temperature on the bond strength of dentin adhesive. Methods: 100 isolated teeth were randomly divided into 10 groups, 10 in each group, and 10 teeth in each group were randomly divided into A and B 2 groups with 5 in each group. During the first week of bonding, the adhesive did not make temperature difference treatment. From the second week, each group A was a 4 ℃ refrigerated adhesive treatment group, and the B group was a 25 ℃ room temperature adhesive storage treatment group. Within 10 weeks, the isolated teeth were cemented respectively to make the test piece. The shear force was tested at a speed of 1 mm / min with a universal testing machine. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and LSD t test. Results: One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the shear force values of two experimental groups A and B, respectively. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Further LSD t test was used to compare between groups, the results showed no significant difference in the first 5 weeks, the first 6 to 10 weeks, the difference was significant. CONCLUSION: With the extension of time, the bond strength of dentin adhesive between cold storage group and room temperature group decreases. From the 6th week onwards, the difference of adhesive strength of dentin adhesive between refrigerated group and room temperature group becomes obvious.
