体育锻炼对人体机能的良好作用已被越来越多的人们所意识到,但有些中老年人认为运动是年轻人的事,自己年岁已大,再参加体育锻炼为时已晚,即使运动也不会得到良好的健身效果.在此我将国外的一句体育口号赠给这些中老年朋友:“运动永远不晚”.
