目的了解大学新生自我和谐的状况及其与应对方式的关系。方法采用自我和谐量表和应对方式问卷对305名大学新生进行问卷调查。结果大学新生自我与经验的不和谐、自我的刻板性分值均显著低于常模,而自我的灵活性分值则显著高于常模;在自我的刻板性上男生得分显著高于女生;自我和谐在各专业上无显著差异;应对方式与自我和谐各分量表得分存在不同程度的相关。结论当前大学新生自我和谐的水平有所上升,采用积极的应对方式有利于提高自我和谐度;而采用消极的应对方式则反之。
Objective To understand the freshmen’s self-harmony and their relationship with coping style. Methods A questionnaire survey of 305 college freshmen was conducted using self-consistency scale and coping style questionnaire. Results The freshmen’s disharmony between self and experience, their self-stereotypical scores were significantly lower than those of the norm, while their self-flexibility scores were significantly higher than those of the norm. In the self-stereotyped boys’ scores were significantly higher than those of the girls; There was no significant difference in self-harmony among different majors. There was a correlation between coping styles and scores of self-consistency and subscales. Conclusions The current freshmen ’s self - consistency and harmony have risen. The adoption of positive coping strategies is conducive to improving self - harmony. On the contrary, the negative coping style is the opposite.
