无砟轨道线路遇路基下沉量超过扣件系统和水泥乳化沥青砂浆调整层的调整范围时,需要重新灌注道床混凝土,势必严重影响列车的正常运行,甚至中断行车。论文研究并设计了一种临时钢结构托架,托架底部设托盘支撑在路肩上,托架的上表面铺设临时轨道,列车在临时轨道上运行,从而有效地保护处于养护期的无砟轨道,使列车及时恢复运行。首先阐述了托架研究的基本思路,然后进行了托架结构选型和尺寸拟定,并介绍了该结构的强度与稳定性检算,最后阐述了托架的使用方案。
