为了简单或复杂成分的硫化矿和非硫化矿的有效分离 ,浮选作业广泛使用了各种抑制剂。这些抑制剂可简单地分为 3类 :无机抑制剂、低分子有机抑制剂和高分子有机抑制剂。高分子抑制剂的应用仅局限于很小的范围 :如几种聚糖 (古尔胶、淀粉和羧甲基纤维素等 )、几种其它聚合物和有机副产品。近几年来 ,Cytec工业公司研制了几种合成聚合物抑制剂 ,以克服传统抑制剂的许多缺点。这些合成抑制剂具有以下很多优点 :用量性能比高 ,处理成本低 ,易于控制 ,毒性小 ,运输和储存危险性小 ,结构易于调整 ,以适应不同用途和矿石类型的变化 ,药剂质量稳定。本文根据实验室和工业数据 ,对合成聚合物抑制剂的化学性质、用途和优点进行了讨论
Various types of inhibitors are widely used in flotation operations for the efficient separation of sulphide and non-sulphide ore, both simple and complex components. These inhibitors can be easily divided into three categories: inorganic inhibitors, low molecular weight organic inhibitors and organic inhibitors. The use of polymeric inhibitors has been limited to only a very small range: several glycans (guer gum, starch and carboxymethyl cellulose, etc.), several other polymers and organic by-products. In recent years, Cytec Industries has developed several synthetic polymer inhibitors to overcome many of the shortcomings of conventional inhibitors. These synthetic inhibitors have many advantages: high performance-to-dosage ratio, low processing cost, easy control, low toxicity, low risk of transportation and storage, easy structure adjustment to adapt to different uses and changes of ore types and stable pharmaceutical quality. This article discusses the chemistry, uses, and benefits of synthetic polymer inhibitors based on laboratory and industry data
