目的 探讨视交叉上核 (SCN)中不同亚型褪黑素受体mRNA的表达节律。方法 采用竞争性RT -PCR法定量检测不同时点SCN中褪黑素受体基因的mRNA表达。结果 两种褪黑素受体亚型mRNA的表达都具有昼夜节律性 ,但节律参数不同。结论 光照影响MT1的mRNA表达 ;两种褪黑素亚型受体可能具有不同的生物学功能。
Objective To investigate the rhythms of melatonin receptor mRNA expression in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN). Methods The competitive RT-PCR method was used to detect the mRNA expression of melatonin receptor gene in SCN at different time points. Results The expression of both melatonin receptor subtypes mRNA was circadian rhythms, but the rhythmic parameters were different. Conclusion Illumination affects the mRNA expression of MT1. The two melatonin subtype receptors may have different biological functions.
