笔者统计调查了上海、北京、江苏等17个省市120家药厂生产的279个产品的商标,总的来说大部分药品商标设计美观,品名醒目,内容书写基本上符合要求。但其中有26个产品商标,明显存在有不够妥当之处。一、药品中文名命名意思不当。例如:感冒灵(广州制药七厂产品);溃疡胶丸(镇江中药厂产品);鼻炎片(汉口中联制药厂产品)。商标原意是指这些药品能治疗感冒、溃疡、鼻炎等疾病,但从汉语语法修辞要求的角度来看这样的命名与药品的治疗作用却是相反的,虽然患者一般不会这样误解,但作为一个商标应
The author has investigated the trademarks of 279 products produced by 120 pharmaceutical companies in 17 provinces and cities such as Shanghai, Beijing and Jiangsu.
