我厂铸造车间,主要生产0.2kg~120kg的铸铁件。工艺上以干型为主和部分湿型铸造。干型是用一台L128落砂机落砂,靠行车将铸型吊到落砂机上,每隔2~3min进出一次。由于过去没有除尘系统,落砂时落砂机激烈振动、撞击,空气的扰动以及高温铸件产生的上升的热气流都会使粉尘飞扬。特别是干模大件落砂时扬尘量极大,大大地污染了工作环境。粉尘浓度最低处达30.6mg/m~3,粉尘浓度最高点竞达到171.4mg/m~3,严重地超标,极大地损害了工人的身心健康。同时型砂中死粘土及破碎的矽
