作者介绍一种“化学剥脱”法用于治疗霉菌或酵母菌所致的甲感染.此方法是应用尿素糊剂,其成分为:尿素40%、无水羊毛脂20%、白蜡5%、白凡士林35%.使用方法是:用胶布保护病甲周围皮肤,尿素糊剂敷于病甲上,其上覆以塑料膜,再甩胶布固定.2周后用刮匙轻轻除去变软的病甲.此后,局部使用抗真菌药,如2%霉康唑(miconazole)霜或1%克霉唑(clotrimazole)洗剂,每天3次.患者分3组治疗.第1组为7例妇女,共39个白念珠菌感染的指甲,用此法治疗后3个月,5例临床痊愈,真菌学检查8个指甲为阴性.最为可取的是并发细菌感染的甲床也获痊愈.第2组为15例皮癣菌甲感染患者,其中9例曾服过灰黄霉素.用此法治疗后,仅作过局部治疗的6例患者的8个病甲中的2个和曾作过全身性治疗的9例患者的58个
