为改进对煤矿粉尘防护设施降尘效果的评价,建立一种融合模糊控制理论的量化评价方法。首先,针对粉尘防护设施建立多层次评价指标体系,并以逻辑斯蒂方程为主体,构建评价因子的隶属度函数;其次,基于模糊控制理论,研究构造评价论域模糊器和解模糊器,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定评价因子权重,建立模糊控制量化评价(FCQE)数学模型;最后在某矿掘进工作面实施量化评价。结果表明:FCQE法改进了AHP法获取评价论域的方式,无需依赖专家的评判,但在评价因子权重中又融入专家知识,这样直接采集数据后即可快速实现量化评价。对比该矿粉尘检测数据,评价结果与实际情况比较吻合。
In order to improve the evaluation of the dust-reducing effect of dust protection facilities in coal mines, a quantitative evaluation method based on fuzzy control theory is established. Firstly, a multi-level evaluation index system is established for dust protection facilities, and the membership function of evaluation factor is constructed with Logistic equation as the main body. Secondly, based on fuzzy control theory, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of evaluation factors, the establishment of fuzzy control quantitative evaluation (FCQE) mathematical model; and finally carried out quantitative evaluation of a mine heading face. The results show that the FCQE method improves the way of AHP method to obtain evaluation domain without relying on expert judgment, but integrates expert knowledge into the weight of evaluation factors, so that the quantitative evaluation can be quickly realized after directly collecting data. Comparing the mine dust detection data, the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation.
