教师数学教学知识的发展是数学教师专业性的重要体现,我国数学教师长期注重数学知识的专门学习,这是其数学教学知识发展的有力基础。通过教师数学知识向数学教学知识的转化来促进教师数学教学知识的发展不失为一条直接而有效的途径,为此,有必要借鉴舒尔曼的知识转化理解,对新手与专家型教师两个个案的知识转化情况进行横向比较分析,找出两类教师在知识转化上的差异,从而为教师的数学教学知识的发展提供参考。
The development of teachers’ mathematics teaching knowledge is an important manifestation of maths teacher’s professionalism. Our maths teachers pay special attention to the specialized study of maths knowledge for a long time, which is a powerful basis for the development of maths teaching knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to draw lessons from Shurman’s understanding of knowledge transformation, and to do so on two cases of novice and expert teachers The situation of knowledge transformation is compared and analyzed horizontally to find out the differences between the two types of teachers in knowledge transformation so as to provide reference for teachers’ development of mathematics teaching knowledge.
