目的:分析雾化结合Bi PAP治疗COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床效果。方法:将2013年11月-2014年11月期间收治于我院的COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者96例为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将其均分成观察组和对照组,每组各48例。其中对照组患者采用常规治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上给予Bi PAP治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的p H值、Pa CO2值以及Pa02值变化情况。结果:在经过不同的治疗方案后,观察组患者p H值、Pa CO2值以及Pa02值变化情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)差异具备统计学意义。结论:在对COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者进行治疗的过程中,选择采用雾化结合Bi PAP治疗能够改善患者的血气情况,提升治疗效果,在临床中值得推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of atomization combined with Bi PAP in the treatment of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: A total of 96 patients with COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure who were admitted to our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly, 48 cases in each group . The patients in the control group were treated routinely. The patients in the observation group were given Bi PAP on the basis of the control group. The changes of p H value, Pa CO2 value and Pa02 value before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The changes of p H value, Pa CO2 value and Pa02 value in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05) after different treatment regimens. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: During the treatment of COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure, the choice of atomization combined with Bi-PAP can improve the blood-gas situation and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with COPD, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
