针对渤海油田注聚井普遍面临着注入压力高,部分井欠注严重的问题,研制新型解堵技术。根据渤海油田注聚井现状和注聚井的堵塞机理,对取得的垢样进行一系列实验,优选出了适合该储层堵塞的氧化主剂。通过降解聚合物实验,优选出氧化剂稳定剂、使用浓度、推荐反应时间。将酸液和氧化剂结合得到解堵剂配方,在渤海油田注聚井进行解堵应用,取得了良好的效果。
Focusing on the injection well in Bohai Oilfield, the problems of high injection pressure and serious under-injection of some of the wells are generally faced with the development of a new plug-removing technology. According to the present situation of polymer injection wells in Bohai Oilfield and the plugging mechanism of polymer injection wells, a series of experiments were carried out on the scale samples obtained, and a suitable oxidation agent suitable for the blockage of the reservoir was selected. By degrading the polymer experiment, the oxidant stabilizer is preferred, the concentration used, and the recommended reaction time. The acid and oxidant to get the plugging agent formula, injection wells in Bohai Oilfield for plugging applications, and achieved good results.
