蒸气供热系统的凝结水回收,是蒸气供热系统节能的一个重要方面。目前许多系统的凝结水回收率很低,甚至不到百分之三十。如果以供汽量为每小时10吨的系统为例,每小时因损失凝结水所浪费的热量约511×10~3千卡,折合标准煤120公斤之多。实际上,多年来由于凝结水大量损失,引起锅炉给水处理设备额外增加、锅炉容量扩大及相应增加的能源消耗是很可观的,所以损失凝结水造成的能源浪费不止上面所列举的数值。如果把凝结水回收率提高到80~90%
