用静电纺丝-溶液浇注法制备胶原/聚2-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱(pMPC)双层复合膜。用核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TG/DTG)分别表征了pMPC的化学结构、胶原/pMPC分子间的相互作用和共混相容性;用环境扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、静态接触角仪(SCA)分别分别研究了GTR膜的表面形貌、元素组成及含量、亲疏水性等性能。结果表明,当pMPC的质量百分含量为20%时,复合膜中两相分子间共混效果最佳;膜表面磷脂基团的微量引入可以有效改善膜材料表面的亲水性。
Preparation of collagen / poly 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine (pMPC) bilayer composite membrane by electrospinning-solution casting method. The chemical structure of pMPC, the interaction between collagen / pMPC molecules and the compatibility of blends were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG / DTG) The surface morphology, elemental composition, content, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of GTR films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and static contact angle spectroscopy (SCA) The results showed that when the mass percentage of pMPC was 20%, the blending effect between the two phases in the composite membrane was the best. The micro-introduction of the phospholipid groups on the membrane could effectively improve the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface.
