目的:探讨宫颈癌及癌前病变应用HPV-DNA亚型检测联合液基细胞学检测的准确性。方法:选取我院2012年7月至2015年7月的104例宫颈癌及癌前病变患者进行研究,分别进行HPV-DNA亚型检测、液基细胞学检测、HPV-DNA亚型检测联合液基细胞学检测,对阳性的患者进行病理检查,观察检查方法的准确性。结果:HPV-DNA亚型检测联合液基细胞学检测的阳性率明显高于HPV-DNA亚型检测和液基细胞学检测(96.2%vs 76.0%and 84.6%,P<0.05)。HPV-DNA亚型检测联合液基细胞学检测的准确性明显高于HPV-DNA亚型检测和液基细胞学检测(95.2%vs 74.0 and83.7%%,P<0.05)。结论:采用HPV-DNA亚型检测联合液基细胞学检测相对于单用检测可以更准确地检查宫颈癌及癌前病变,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the accuracy of HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid-based cytology in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods: A total of 104 patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions from July 2012 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected for HPV subtype test, liquid-based cytology test and HPV-DNA subtype test. Basal cytology, pathological examination of positive patients to observe the accuracy of the test method. Results: The positive rate of HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid-based cytology was significantly higher than that of HPV-DNA subtype and liquid-based cytology (96.2% vs 76.0% and 84.6%, P <0.05). The accuracy of HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid-based cytology was significantly higher than that of HPV-DNA subtype and liquid-based cytology (95.2% vs 74.0 and 83.7 %%, P <0.05). Conclusion: HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid-based cytological testing can detect cervical cancer and precancerous lesions more accurately than single-use test, which is worthy of popularization and application.
