蚕豆是一种古老的食用豆类,湖北省是全国蚕豆五大产区之一,祖传下来的地方品种相当丰富。但由于过去对蚕豆地方品种资源的研究利用工作做得很少,以致有些地方良种未能加以推广;同时品种混乱和混杂现象比较普遍。例如,从荆州地区征集到的小粒青皮豆这个品种,来自石首、天门和潜江三个不同地方,都有各自的命名。但经试验整理,这三个地方来的品种,性状基本一致,没有什么差别,只是由于相互引种,失去了该品种本来的名称和原产地名,以致被误认为各自的地方品种。这种同种异名现象, Broad bean is an ancient edible beans, Hubei Province is one of the five major producing areas of broad bean, the ancestral down quite rich local varieties. At the same time, the chaotic and mixed species were more common. For example, the small green peas collected from Jingzhou area came from three different places, namely Shishou, Tianmen and Qianjiang, each with its own name. However, after the test and sorting, the breeds and traits in these three places were basically the same. There was no difference. Only because of the introduction of each other and the loss of the original name and place of origin of the breed, they were mistakenly identified as their local breeds. This same-name phenomenon,
