以玉米正常自交系和T群、C群、S群与Y型不育系为材料,对花药组织进行了超微结构的观察,依据电镜图象与照片作了形态描述。同时,观察表明,T群等不育系与可育系花药组织的细胞器在形态上有些差异。正常玉米细胞叶绿体的基粒片层垛叠层次较多,整个片层结构排列整齐。而不育系叶绿体基粒片层垛叠层次明显减少,整个片层结构杂乱无章。不育系与可育系相比液泡增加的数量较多且大。在细胞核方面,发现不育系细胞核的结构似遭受损伤,染色质凝聚成染色较深的团块。同时,观察并比较了花药组织中一种长方形细胞的超微结构。初步认为,自交系与不育系的这种长方形细胞在超微结构上没有明显区别。
The normal inbred lines of maize and T population, C population, S population and Y male sterile line were used as materials to observe the ultrastructure of the anther tissues. Morphological description was based on electron microscopic images and photos. At the same time, the observation shows that there are some morphological differences between the organelles of anthers such as T population and anther of fertile lines. Normal corn cell chloroplast grana lamellar layers stacked more layers arranged in neat rows. However, the chloroplast-based grana tablets in CMS lines obviously decreased in layers and the entire lamella structure was disorganized. The number of vacuoles increased in CMS and fertile lines was larger and larger. In the nucleus, it was found that the structure of the nucleus of the sterile line appeared to be damaged, and the chromatin condensed to a darker mass. At the same time, the ultrastructure of a rectangular cell in anther tissue was observed and compared. Preliminary thought, inbred lines and sterile lines of such rectangular cells in the ultrastructure is no significant difference.
