研究3个品种小麦开花后根系膜脂过氧化作用,以及对旗叶衰老、籽粒增重的影响。结果表明,小麦开花后,根系MDA含量和POX酶活性增加,SOD酶活性下降,膜脂过氧化作用加强。根系迅速衰老,引起旗叶叶绿素含量下降,旗叶早衰,籽粒增重缓慢,千粒重低。蒲麦8441开花后植株早衰明显,千粒重低;阜阳861、扬麦158开花后植株衰老缓慢,千粒重高。
The effects of membrane lipid peroxidation on flag leaf senescence and grain weight were studied in three varieties of wheat after flowering. The results showed that after flowering, the content of MDA and the activity of POX, the activity of SOD and the activity of membrane lipid peroxidation increased. Root rapid aging, causing flag leaf chlorophyll content decreased flag leaf premature aging, slow grain weight, grain weight low. Pumai 8441 plants after flowering significantly premature aging, grain weight is low; Fuyang 861, Yang Mai 158 flowering plants after the slow aging, 1000-grain weight.
