用不同浓度或剂量的EMS、DES、HZ和r射线处理水稻品种Tellakattra、HR—47、Yerragaluvadlu、Pottibasangi、早熟Basangi、Tellahamsa、Kumkumbantulu、Nizulu、Bangaruteegalu、Gottelu、W—1263、Mashuei、HR—5、Godavari isuka、IR—8、IR—20,获得植株、穗部、籽粒性状变异的各种突变体。 在当地品种中已得到许多矮秆突变体,将对66个突变体作进一步的研究。品种Jellakattera的5个矮秆突变体(d6—d10)具有与DGWG不同的控制矮秆的非等位基因,而且这些基因互相也是非等位的。 从不同的本地品种得到124个籽粒型突变体。HR—5的突变体蛋白质含量11.5—13.7%。许多高蛋白
Rice cultivars Tellakattra, HR-47, Yerragaluvadlu, Pottibasangi, precocious Basangi, Tellahamsa, Kumkumbantulu, Nizulu, Bangaruteegalu, Gottelu, W-1263, Mashuei, HR- 5 were treated with various concentrations or doses of EMS, Godavari isuka, IR-8, IR-20, obtained mutants of plant, panicle, and grain traits. A number of dwarf mutants have been obtained from local breeds and 66 mutants will be further studied. The five dwarf mutants (d6-d10) of the Jellakattera variety have non-allelic controls that are dwarfing the DGWG, and these genes are also non-allelic to each other. 124 grain-type mutants were obtained from different native varieties. Mutant protein content of HR-5 was 11.5-13.7%. Many high protein
