四、机架振动测试分析(一)机架振动的形态和原因图11是实测示波图,图中 A 架(即 Ax)是传动端机架在垂直轧线平面内的振动信号;S_上和 S_下分别表示上刀刃和下刀刃的行程曲线。由图可知,在一次剪切过程中,机架的振动是几个间断的冲击信号,每次冲击时间约0.2秒。大量示波图表明,一次剪切中机架有两次较大的振动。第一次发生在上刀停止下降而下刀开始上升的时刻(a 点);第二次发生在剪切完毕下刀刚停止在最低位置而上刀由静止开始回升复位的时刻。振幅实测数据列于表3。
