采用针刺实验模型加选择性切除肾上腺和或睾丸的方法,观察了电针“足三里”对成年雄性大鼠血浆睾酮、双氢睾酮含量的影响。本实验共分4组,结果表明:动物在摘除双侧睾丸加肾上腺3天后,血浆睾酮水平均值较手术前下降了89%,而切陈睾丸或肾上腺后,动物血浆睾酮亦有不同程度地下降。电针45min后,对照组及肾上腺切除组的血浆睾酮水平均较刺前有显著提高(P<0.001),而切除睾丸或合并切除肾上腺的动物,睾酮升高没有统计学意义(P?0.05)。此外,电针对提高血浆中双氢睾酮含量的作用亦十分显著,除睾丸加肾上腺摘除组外,其余三组血浆双氢睾酮在电针后均有显著性提高(P<0.05)。上述结果提示:电针对成年雄性大鼠血浆睾酮、双氢睾酮含量的升高具有明显的促进作用。在电针过程中,睾丸对睾酮升高起主要作用,而肾上腺的存在对睾酮的含量亦有部分影响。
The effect of electroacupuncture at “Zusanli” on plasma testosterone and dihydrotestosterone levels in adult male rats was observed by using acupuncture experimental model and selective removal of adrenal glands and or testes. The experiment was divided into 4 groups. The results showed that the average blood testosterone levels decreased by 89% in the animals after removal of the bilateral testes plus adrenal glands for 3 days. The plasma testosterone levels decreased after the testicles or adrenal glands were cut. . After 45 minutes of electroacupuncture, the levels of plasma testosterone in the control group and adrenalectomy group were significantly higher than those before the puncture (P<0.001), but there was no statistically significant increase in testosterone in the testes or animals with resection of adrenal glands (P<0.05). . In addition, the effect of electroacupuncture on plasma dihydrotestosterone levels was also significant. Except for the testis plus adrenalectomy group, plasma dihydrotestosterone levels in all three groups increased significantly after electroacupuncture (P<0.05). The above results suggest that electroacupuncture has an obvious role in promoting the increase of plasma testosterone and dihydrotestosterone levels in adult male rats. In the course of electroacupuncture, testes play a major role in the elevation of testosterone, and the presence of adrenal glands also has a partial effect on the content of testosterone.
