近期产能过剩已成为我国宏观经济发展进程中十分关切的一个现象。党中央、国务院高度重视这一问题,并把解决这一问题作为2006年宏观调控的一项重要任务。为此本刊特别策划了一组文章,探讨金融机构如何应对局部产能过剩,以更好地保持金融的稳健运行,从而推动国民经济持续健康发展。
The recent overcapacity has become a phenomenon of great concern in the process of China’s macroeconomic development. The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to this issue and regard resolving this issue as an important task in macro-control in 2006. To this end, the magazine specially planned a series of articles to explore how financial institutions should cope with the overcapacity of local production in order to better maintain the steady operation of finance so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of the national economy.
