根据药物与钠离子通道结合、解离动力学的不同特点,结合调节受体假说提出了对Ⅰ类抗心律失常药物亚群分类的新方法;而Ⅲ类药物所具有的对心肌细胞各种钾离子通道的阻断作用及其对动作电位时程的逆转使用依赖性延长效应正日益受到广泛关注。本文对Ⅰ类和Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物研究的若干进展作一简介。
