我局水文钻历来要求清水钻井,因此在松散地层中施工,存在事故多、效率低、成井困难等一系列问题。主要的争议是用泥浆洗井会封堵含水层而影响钻井出水量。为探讨这个问题,我局水文队使用SPJ-300型水井钻机和大口径筒状钻具,在流散易塌的第四纪砂卵石层中首次采用膨润土泥浆钻成两眼供水井,既顺利下入φ516毫米表层套管和φ325毫米生产井管以及进行管外填砾工作,且经少量洗井就水清砂净,成井质量与出水量都满足设计要求。
Our Bureau of Hydrology has always called for clear water drilling. Therefore, in loose stratum construction, there are a series of problems such as many accidents, low efficiency and difficulties in forming wells. The main controversy is that mud flushing can block the aquifer and affect the amount of drilling fluid. In order to explore this issue, the Bureau of Hydrology, using the SPJ-300 water well drilling rig and large-diameter cylindrical drilling tools, first used bentonite mud to drill two water supply wells in the collapsed Quaternary sand-gravel layer. Into φ516 mm surface casing and φ325 mm production well pipe and pipe outside the gravel work, and with a small amount of water on the sand washed clean, well into the water quality and quantity to meet the design requirements.
