The first tip of the interview is: can not be nervous. You want to be clear, what benefits can you bring tensions and increase the benefits. Do not be nervous. Last time I went to the interview, people told me in front of a candidate to speak in a string, no one can understand, hands and feet shivering. I do not know how anxious the candidate was to get the job. But at this point, is it a little bit contrary to expectations? The second tactic should be: “Know thyself, know yourself”. The interview is important, but do not fight without preparedness. A friend of mine took a postdoctoral motor engineering job. Call someone to ask what kind of person they are mainly looking for. People listed a few, of which there is a computer language C + +, he put a phone call to the library. Grab a book in two weeks. When the interview, people asked C + +. He answered very fluently. In fact, he certainly does not quite understand. Just answer the first question, people do not ask the following questions. Before I went to a big company for an interview, I hurriedly searched for the scientific articles of the main examinee and got some idea of their main job. Interview, the bottom of the heart, answer questions more freely. The examiner kindly patted my shoulder: “GOOD JOB ”. To sum up, the interview should be prepared before the following aspects:
