文献报道从甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)的酸性多糖组分(GR-2)中分离的三种酸性多糖(GR-Ⅱa,GR-2Ⅱb和GR-2Ⅱc),具显著的抗补体活性。然而仅GR-2Ⅱc具有促有丝分裂活性。有人提出GR-2Ⅱa-Ⅱc除具有高异质性的鼠李半乳糖醛酸Ⅱ相似区域和α-(1→4)半乳糖醛酸区域外,主要由内-α-(1→4)-聚半乳糖醛酸酶-拮抗区域组成,并且GR-2Ⅱc的酶-拮抗区域(PG-1c)显示为表达抗补体和促有丝分裂活性的作用点。文中进一步研究了PG-1c中性糖链对表达其抗补体和促有丝分裂活性的作用。
It has been reported in the literature that the three acidic polysaccharides (GR-IIa, GR-2IIb and GR-2IIc) isolated from the acid polysaccharide component (GR-2) of Glycyrrhiza uralensis have significant anti-complementary activity. However, only GR-2IIc has mitogenic activity. It has been proposed that GR-2IIa-IIc mainly consists of endo-α-(1→4)-, except for the region with high heterogeneity of rhamnogalacturonic acid II and the region of α-(1→4)galacturonic acid. The galacturonase-antagonist region is composed, and the enzyme-antagonistic region (PG-1c) of GR-2IIc is shown to act as a point of action for expressing complement and mitogenic activity. The effect of PG-1c neutral sugar chains on the expression of its anti-complementary and mitogenic activities was further investigated.
