用免疫组化和组化方法观察火器伤伤口愈合过程中肉芽组织中纤维连接蛋白(Fn)、胶原及层粘连蛋白(Ln)的变化,并用计算机图象分析系统进行定量分析,结果发现伤后2周肉芽组织基质中Fn、胶原(不含Ⅳ型胶原)及Ln均较1周时增多(P<0.05)。说明Fn、胶原及Ln对肉芽组织基质的形成起重要作用。
The changes of fibronectin (Fn), collagen and laminin (Ln) in granulation tissue during wound healing of firearm wounds were observed by immunohistochemistry and histochemical methods. The quantitative analysis by computer image analysis system showed that after injury Fn, collagen (without type IV collagen) and Ln in granulation tissue of 2 weeks increased more than that at 1 week (P <0.05). Fn, collagen and Ln on the formation of granulation tissue matrix plays an important role.
