目的:分析增强FLAIR序列对柔脑膜转移病变的显示。方法:柔脑膜转移患者脑膜病变MR常规平扫和增强,在增强后加扫FLAIR序列。结果:增强FLAIR序列对邻近脑实质,神经和脑脊液的强化敏感,可克服常规T1WI增强血管强化易与病变混淆的缺点。结论:增强FLAIR序列是增强T1WI的有效补充,联合使用能提高脑膜病变诊断的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the enhancement of FLAIR sequence in the manifestation of leptomeningeal metastasis. Methods: The meningeal lesions of patients with leptomeningeal metastasis were routinely scanned and enhanced. The FLAIR sequences were added after the enhancement. Results: The enhanced FLAIR sequence was sensitive to the enhancement of the adjacent parenchyma, nerve and cerebrospinal fluid, which could overcome the shortcoming that conventional T1WI enhanced the confusion between vascular enhancement and the lesion. Conclusion: The enhancement of FLAIR sequence is an effective supplement to enhance T1WI, and the combined use can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of meningeal lesions.
