薪酬管理制度是企业人力资源管理体系的重要组成部分,通过建立科学、规范的薪酬管理制度形成吸引、激励员工的机制。结合市场上同行业企业的薪酬水平,兼顾公司的实际支付能力,形成对外部相对有竞争力的薪酬水平,且在企业内部具有公平性。旨在建立和规范支持公司成长的薪资体系和薪资政策,构建有公司特色的价值分配机制和内在激励机制。
Compensation management system is an important part of the human resources management system of an enterprise. It forms a mechanism to attract and motivate employees by establishing a scientific and standardized compensation management system. Combining with the salary level of enterprises in the same industry in the market and taking into account the actual payment ability of the company, a relatively competitive remuneration level to the outside is formed, which is fair within the enterprise. It aims to establish and standardize the wage system and salary policies that support the growth of the Company and establish a company-specific value allocation mechanism and internal incentive mechanism.
