当今这个知识经济时代,科技成为第一生产力,越来越多的企业开始提出团队合作的发展方向。而在如今竞争日益激烈的大环境下,团队知识就变成了团队合作中最有价值的无形资产,也成为企业的核心竞争力。团队知识,因其战略新资源和核心生产要素的身份,它的地位在企业的发展中日益重要,越来越多的企业已经意识到团队知识的重要性,为了提升自身的竞争优势,企业开始走上了一条知识共享管理的道路。近来,越来越多的学者在对知识共享的研究方面也开始把关注的焦点由以前的组织间知识共享转变为组织内部知识共享.对于企业来说,组织内部的知识共享无论是提升企业的竞争优势,还是保证企业的持续发展都存在着积极作用。因此,促进知识在组织内部的不同部门和人员间进行共享,以及合理开发和运用蕴藏于组织内部的无形资产,成为企业竞争制胜的关键因素。由此可见,研究团队知识共享的动力及实现机制具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
