木质素磺酸钙减水剂因货源广、价格低,是目前国内外应用最广泛的一种混凝土减水剂。其在增加混凝土和易性、增加混凝土强度、节约水泥、节约能源方面表现出很大的优越性。但若要求较大的和易性时,就要增加其用量,随之就会带来过分的缓凝和引气等问题。为了克服这些弊病,充分发挥木钙的内在潜力,本论文致力于木钙的改性。本论文采用了碱性氧化法,对木钙进行改性。所得产品应用性能均有良好的表现,与超塑化剂NF的应用性能相比,相差无几。同时成本不高,具有很高的经济效益。
Lignosulfonate calcium water reducer is widely used as a concrete water reducer at home and abroad due to its wide supply and low price. It shows great advantages in increasing concrete workability, increasing concrete strength, saving cement, and saving energy. However, if greater workability is required, the amount of use must be increased, and excessive retardation and bleed air problems will result. In order to overcome these drawbacks and fully exploit the inherent potential of wood calcium, this paper focuses on the modification of wood calcium. In this paper, alkaline oxidation method was adopted to modify wood calcium. The obtained products have good performance in application performance and are almost the same as those of superplasticizer NF. At the same time, the cost is not high and it has high economic benefits.
