施工项目成本管理是施工项目管理的核心内容。在分析了项目成本控制存在的主要问题及后果的基础上,从项目成本管理及控制的条件、内容、原则出发,提出运用技术、经济、组织等措施采用指标偏差对比控制法来控制项目的成本。得出了只有按成本控制的程序做好施工项目成本预测、计划、实施、核算、分析、考核及整理文件资料和编制成本报告等工作,才能真正保证有效控制好成本,并使成本投入最低化,赢得利润最大化的结论。
