射流泵依靠轻油驱动抽油是深层重油储层采出重油的首选方法之一。一般,轻油量太多以致很难接受。降低轻油量的解决方法之一是部分采出液以合理的比率与轻油结合,然后将采出液-轻油混合物作为动力液再注入井中。这种情况下,混合物的黏度持续增加并且逐渐达到其平衡值,这种黏度平衡值是地层原油黏度、轻油黏度(VLO)、混合物中的轻油比率(RLO),以及地层流体与动力液的体积流量之比(M比率)的函数。因此轻油在混合物中的最佳比例可以通过迭代算法测定出来。以上提出的所有参数可导致生产管柱中采出液-轻油混合物黏度和压力降的变化,尤其是VLO和RLO。现场应用实例证明,使用的轻油量能够降低到50%以上。
