[目的]研究Exenatide类似物对小鼠胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance,IR)的干预作用。[方法]以地塞米松诱导小鼠胰岛素抵抗及四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠模型,观察Exenatide类似物对胰岛素抵抗和糖尿病小鼠血糖、血清胰岛素、血清FFA、TG、TC含量的影响。[结果]Exenatide类似物可明显降低四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠的血糖和血清胰岛素水平,对地塞米松诱导的小鼠胰岛素抵抗也有明显的改善作用,同时还可明显降低小鼠血清FFA、TG、TC含量。[结论]Exenatide类似物可明显改善糖尿病小鼠的胰岛素抵抗症状。
[Objective] To investigate the intervention effect of Exenatide analogues on mouse insulin resistance (IR). [Methods] Dexamethasone induced mouse insulin resistance and alloxan-induced diabetic mice model to observe the effects of Exenatide analogues on insulin resistance and diabetic mice blood glucose, serum insulin, serum FFA, TG, TC content. [Results] Exenatide analogues could significantly reduce the blood sugar and serum insulin levels in alloxan-induced diabetic mice, and also improve the insulin resistance induced by dexamethasone in mice. At the same time, Exenatide analogs could significantly reduce the serum FFA, TG, TC content. [Conclusion] Exenatide analogs can obviously improve the insulin resistance of diabetic mice.
